Estimada comunidad de Kripties, amantes del arte, administración pública, empresas y sociedad en general:

Nos llena de gratitud y emoción compartir con vosotros la extraordinaria evolución de nuestro proyecto, Kripties. Un proyecto que nació con el sueño de impulsar a artistas y coleccionistas hacia la revolución artística y creativa que estamos viviendo.

Hace tres años creamos Kripties Art Gallery como un espacio dinámico y sin fronteras, donde la experimentación y la innovación se fusionan, conectando a artistas y amantes del arte en una sinfonía de expresión creativa. Nuestra misión siempre fue clara: brindar una plataforma para los talentos emergentes y ofrecer a los coleccionistas una experiencia segura y única de inmersión en las formas más vanguardistas de expresión artística.

En este viaje hemos presenciado un florecimiento artístico excepcional. Hemos albergado exposiciones que desafiaron lo convencional, explorando nuevas formas de narrativa visual y ampliando los horizontes de lo que significa ser un creador en la era digital.

Nuestro compromiso con la comunidad artística no se ha limitado a la promoción y exhibición. Desde el principio, nos involucramos en colaboraciones significativas con organizaciones sin fines de lucro, creando puentes entre el arte y causas sociales que requieren nuestra atención y acción.

Un viaje que hoy nos lleva a dar un paso más, evolucionando de forma natural a Kripties Fundación en nuestro compromiso con el trascendente poder transformador del arte sobre la sociedad.

Kripties Fundación surge con el lema «El arte como vehículo de integración». En este nuevo capítulo, nuestra misión se amplía en el apoyo a artistas con una atención especial a aquellos que enfrentan desafíos de salud mental, en riesgo de exclusión o en proceso de reinserción social. Creemos firmemente que el arte sana, inspira, une comunidades y nos hace mejor como especie.

Este cambio representa un hito importante, pero nuestro compromiso con la creatividad, la innovación y el impacto social permanece intacto. Es por ello que nos dirigimos a vosotros con un llamado apasionado a respaldar y celebrar la labor fundamental del arte como motor del cambio social. Os agradecemos a cada uno de vosotros ser parte de esta extraordinaria aventura y esperamos seguir contando con vuestro apoyo continuo para escribir, juntos, este próximo episodio emocionante.

FINES DE LA FUNDACIÓN

Los fines de interés general de la Fundación son: la promoción y desarrollo de iniciativas relacionadas con el arte como vehículo de integración, activo en la transformación social y en la revolución de los lenguajes artísticos. Queda definido como lema articulador de toda la actividad de la Fundación: “El arte como vehículo de integración y transformación social”.

Para la consecución de los fines mencionados en el artículo anterior, la Fundación realizará las siguientes actividades:

Facilitar el desarrollo profesional de artistas emergentes, especialmente aquellos que enfrentan desafíos de salud mental, neurodivergencia, reintegración social, además de colectivos tradicionalmente marginados y/o desarraigados —inmigrantes, mujeres, en riesgo de exclusión social, etc., mediante talleres, residencias, exposiciones, divulgación de su obra, y todas aquellas actividades que lo faciliten.
Crear un espacio inclusivo para la realización de actividades artísticas, terapéuticas, divulgadoras y educativas.
Fomentar la inclusión social mediante el arte y la tecnología, a través de talleres, residencias, programas de divulgación y todas aquellas actividades que la fomenten.
Promover el uso de nuevas técnicas en el arte mediante talleres, residencias, programas de divulgación, y todas aquellas actividades que lo promuevan, conectando así con las nuevas generaciones de creadores y espectadores.
Colaborar con instituciones y organizaciones para fortalecer el impacto de los programas desarrollados.
Medir y evaluar el impacto de los programas implementados.
Buscar financiación sostenible para asegurar la continuidad de las operaciones y la expansión de los programas.

BENEFICIARIOS

Artistas emergentes, especialmente aquellos que enfrentan desafíos de salud mental y neurodivergencia.
Artistas tradicionalmente marginados y/o desarraigados —inmigrantes, mujeres, etc.
Artistas en proceso de reinserción social —internos penitenciarios, toxicómanos…
Jóvenes en general interesados en la experimentación y creación de nuevos lenguajes expresivos (por ejemplo, unión de arte y videojuego, IA, realidad aumentada, etc.) que ayuden a ampliar y reforzar las fronteras artísticas.

Dear Kripties community, art lovers, public administration, companies and society in general:

It fills us with gratitude and emotion to share with you the extraordinary evolution of our project, Kripties. A project that was born with the dream of pushing artists and collectors towards the artistic and creative revolution we are living.

Three years ago, we created Kripties Art Gallery as a dynamic space without boundaries, where experimentation and innovation merge, uniting artists and art lovers in a symphony of creative expression. Our mission has always been clear: to provide a platform for emerging talent and to offer collectors a safe and unique experience of immersion in the most cutting-edge forms of artistic expression.

Along the way, we have witnessed an extraordinary artistic flowering. We have hosted exhibitions that have challenged convention, explored new forms of visual storytelling, and broadened the horizons of what it means to be a creator in the digital age.

Our commitment to the arts community has not been limited to promotion and exhibition. From the beginning, we have engaged in meaningful collaborations with not-for-profit organisations, building bridges between art and social causes that demand our attention and action.

Today, this journey takes us a step further and has naturally evolved into the Kripties Foundation in our commitment to the transcendent transformative power of art on society.

The Kripties Foundation is born with the motto «Art as a vehicle for integration». In this new chapter, our mission expands to support artists with a special focus on those facing mental health challenges, at risk of social exclusion or in the process of social reintegration. We firmly believe that art heals, inspires, unites communities and makes us better as a species.

This change is an important milestone, but our commitment to creativity, innovation and social impact remains intact. That is why we come to you with a passionate call to support and celebrate the vital work of art as a driver of social change. We thank each of you for being part of this extraordinary adventure and look forward to your continued support as we write the next exciting episode together.

AIMS OF THE FOUNDATION

The general interest objectives of the Foundation are: to promote and develop initiatives related to art as a vehicle for integration, active in social transformation and in the revolution of artistic languages. The Foundation’s motto is defined as «Art as a vehicle for integration and social transformation».

In order to achieve the objectives mentioned in the previous article, the Foundation will carry out the following activities

Facilitate the professional development of emerging artists, especially those facing challenges of mental health, neurodivergence, social reintegration, as well as traditionally marginalised and/or uprooted groups – immigrants, women, at risk of social exclusion, etc., through workshops, residencies, exhibitions, dissemination of their work and all activities that facilitate this.
To create an inclusive space for artistic, therapeutic, dissemination and educational activities.
To promote social inclusion through art and technology, through workshops, residencies, dissemination programmes and all activities that facilitate it.
To promote the use of new technologies in the arts through workshops, residencies, outreach programmes and all activities that promote them, thus connecting with new generations of creators and audiences.
Collaborate with institutions and organisations to increase the impact of the programmes developed.
Measure and evaluate the impact of the programmes implemented.
Seek sustainable funding to ensure the continuity of operations and the expansion of programmes.

BENEFICIARIES

The Foundation’s founding objectives are broadly aimed at the following groups of people.
Emerging artists, especially those facing mental health and neurodivergent challenges.
Traditionally marginalised and/or uprooted artists – immigrants, women, etc.
Artists in the process of social reintegration – prisoners, drug addicts, etc.
Young people in general interested in experimenting and creating new expressive languages (i.e. combining art and videogames, AI, augmented reality, etc.) that help to expand and strengthen artistic boundaries.

JORNADAS DE ARTE Y DERECHO

Las jornadas de arte y derecho celebradas el Colegio de la Abogacía de Málaga reunió a juristas, expertos en arte y artistas para abordar los desafíos y oportunidades que emergen en el ámbito del arte digital. Organizado por Carlos Abadín, contó con la presencia destacada del renombrado artista andaluz Javier Arrés y de Fernando Carmona, socio fundador de Kripties.

The art and law conference held at the Malaga Bar Association brought together jurists, art experts and artists to address the challenges and opportunities emerging in the field of digital art. Organised by Carlos Abadín, it was attended by the renowned Andalusian artist Javier Arrés and Fernando Carmona, founding partner of Kripties.

Reconocimiento por la Asociación de Museólogos y Museógrafos de Andalucía a las buenas prácticas e innovación en museos y exposiciones a través de sus Premios Expone por nuestra exposición multidisciplinar TRANSARTE cuya primera edición llevamos a cabo de junio a septiembre de 2022 en Benalmádena, Málaga.

Recognition by the Association of Museologists and Museographers of Andalusia for good practice and innovation in museums and exhibitions through the Expone Awards for our multidisciplinary exhibition TRANSARTE, the first edition of which will be held in Benalmádena, Málaga, from June to September 2022.
